Attendance & Missed Classes Policy

I understand that life happens and plans can change.

ORB Yoga is a small, boutique studio with very limited class sizes. When you register for a class or series, you’re reserving a specific space that is held just for you. Because of this, missed classes are not eligible for makeup sessions, credits, or complimentary replacements.

In a small studio setting, managing makeup classes can be difficult to track and may also mean that another student was unable to attend a full class. To keep scheduling clear, fair, and sustainable for everyone, I’m unable to automatically accommodate makeup classes for missed sessions.

That said, ORB Yoga is built on long-term relationships and consistent practice. On occasion, and entirely at my discretion, I may offer a complimentary class as a goodwill gesture, typically for long-term students. These gestures are not guaranteed and are not available by request.
