Monthly Yin Yoga

Think of this as your monthly pause button. In our yin practice we slow things right down and settle into gentle long-held poses that give your body time to soften and your mind a chance to catch up. It’s less about doing and more about simply being.


We’ll move into the deeper layers of your body easing tightness and nourishing the connective tissues that help you move with ease. There’s no rush and no pressure, just space to breathe, stretch and restore.
