Yoga for Real Life: Beginner Friendly

This class is an invitation to try something new together.

Yoga for Real Life: Beginner Friendly is a slow, supportive, and approachable yoga class for those who are brand new to yoga or returning after some time away. The focus is on comfortable, everyday movements that support joint mobility, balance, and simple strength, all guided at an easy, steady pace.

This class is less about getting anything “right” and more about moving in ways that feel kind and beneficial for your body as it is today.

You can expect:

  • Gentle, accessible movement

  • Options and support throughout

  • A calm pace with time to settle in

  • Movement that supports real life, not performance

No yoga experience is needed. Everyone is welcome.

The only prerequisites are that you’re comfortable navigating a flight of stairs and getting up and down from the floor, with support if needed.

Consider this a simple, welcoming way to stay connected, keep moving, and explore yoga in a way that fits real bodies and real lives.

The cost for this special limited series is $15 per class.
