Through a slow flow of dynamic asanas, you'll activate muscles and engage soft tissues, cultivating strength, stability, and endurance. We’ll weave breath awareness throughout the practice, building a deeper connection to your nervous system.
The class transitions into a few gentle passive stretches, allowing you to integrate the work you've done. Each session concludes with a 10 minute calming savasana, leaving you grounded, connected, and fully refreshed.
